Return Policy

At Reposing, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

We take great care in packaging and inspecting all items before dispatch. However, if your item arrives damaged or if we have sent the wrong item, please notify us within 3 working days of delivery.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

  • Please include photographs of any damage when contacting us to help speed up the process.

Change of Mind Returns

 

If you’ve simply changed your mind, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following terms:

  • A return charge will apply, which covers collection and handling costs.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was received.

  • All returns are subject to inspection before a refund is processed.

Important:

Returns are only eligible for collection from the original delivery address. If the product has been moved to a different location, the return will be deemed void and non-refundable.

How to Request a Return

 

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at hello@reposing.co.uk with the following details:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)

  • Confirmation that the item is in its original packaging and ready for collection

Once we have received and verified your return, you will have your refund within 5 business days (Mon - Fri) using the payment method you used when ordering.
