We are pleased to offer FREE delivery on all items across our online store.

Delivery Times

  • Small to Medium Parcels
    These items are dispatched via DPD or UPS and typically arrive within 3–5 business days (Mon-Fri) from the date of dispatch.

  • Large or Bulky Items (Two-Man Delivery)
    For larger furniture or items requiring a two-person delivery team, please allow approximately 2 weeks (Mon-Fri) for delivery. Our courier will contact you directly to arrange a convenient delivery date and time.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to addresses within mainland Britain, as well as the following offshore locations:
Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and the Scottish Islands.

However, please note that we are unable to deliver large or two-man delivery items to the following postcodes due to courier limitations:

BT, HS, IM, IV26–IV99, KA27, KA28, KW, PA15–PA78, PH19–PH50, ZE

Additional Notes

  • All orders are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.

  • You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

  • If your delivery address is in an area with access limitations (e.g. remote locations, narrow roads), please inform us in advance so we can coordinate accordingly.
